Johan Boyd received his Ph.D in psychology in 1999 form Stanford University, where he studied with Zimbardo. A frequent contributor to the scientific literature on time perspectives, he was instrumental in the construction of the Zimbardo Tine Perspective Inventory (ZTPI) and was the first to identify the transcendental-future time has explored the interaction of thoughts and feelings through time.
